On July 15th, 2024 at approximately 12:50PM, officers responded to 7745 Brookview Dr. on a report of a shooting. Upon officer's arrival, they located Mr. Zavier Gunn in his apartment suffering from gunshot wounds. EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
Homicide - 4501 Cane Run Road

On July 8th, 2019 at approximately 6:37PM, police responded to a report of a shooting at 4501 Cane Run Road. Upon arrival, officers located Mr. Brian Owsley, Jr. in front of that location, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to University Hospital where he later died from the wounds sustained.

On May 26th, 2022 at approximately 6:51PM, officers were dispatched to 14513 Dixie Highway on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, Mr. Julius Richie, suffering from gunshot wounds. Mr. Richie was transported to University Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Upon arrival, officers located Mr. Tyus Sublett and Ms. Peyton Armstead, inside and near a red Kia Forte vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. EMS responded and pronounced both Mr. Sublett and Ms. Armstead deceased at the scene.
