| 7/26/2010 - | | On Wednesday, June 9th, 2010 at approximately 7:15PM, a burglary occurred at Triangle Machinery Compnay, located at 7501 Charlestown Pike in Charlestown, Indiana. Video captured the truck appearance. It is a Ford pick up with either a yellow or orange color. Stolen was a large amount of fencing along with gates. The truck left approximately thirty minutes later. Video shows truck was filled to capacity with stolen items valued in the thousands of dollars.

| | 7/19/2010 - | | On Monday, October 6th, 2008, at approximately 3:45PM, police responded to the Extra Space Storage Compnay located at 8002 Warwick Avenue in Louisville. Upon arrival, they loctaed the manager, Mr. Frank Fernandez, in his apartment deceased from mulitple gunshot wounds. Mr. Fernandez`s apartment was upstairs over the business office.

| | 7/12/2010 - | | In the late evening of April 14th, 2010, at approximately 10PM, police responded to a shooting at 433 S. 13th Street in the Beecher Terrace Housing Complex. Upon arrival they found Mr. Patrick Lindsey injured as a result of a gunshot wound. Mr. Lindsey died while in surgery at University Hospital. Mr. Lindsey just arrived at the complex to visit with relatives when two young black males approached him and began shooting. They were last seen in the Fisk Court area nearby. One suspect was dark skinned, thin build and had dreads. The second suspect was brown skinned with a stocky build.

| | 7/5/2010 - | | On June 28th, 2000, at approximately 5:30AM, Mr. Garry Gilbert was preparing to take his freight truck on the road. He was parked at the side lot of the Shell Station located at 3300 Algonquin Parkway. Mr. Gilbert was observed having a conversation with a female next to his truck. Seconds later, a gunshot was heard and witnesses saw a black male running westbound from the Shell Station toward 35th Street. Mr. Gilbert later died from his injuries at University Hospital.
