5/22/2017 -
In the late afternoon of December 3rd, 1996, Ms. Joyce Skees, an employee of St. Helen`s Bank in Shively, was walking to her vehicle after work.  As she approached her vehicle, a male subject came up to her, displayed a handgun and fatally shot her in the face.


5/15/2017 -
On March 1st, 2013, at approximately 10:06AM, LMPD officers responded to 4221 Allmond Avenue on a death investigation.  Upon arrival, officers located Mr. Christopher Malone in a dumpster in the rear of that location.  Obvious death was due to multiple gunshot wounds. The victim`s vehicle was located in an adjacent lot with blood in the rear passenger seat.


5/8/2017 -
On October 8th, 2016 at approximately 5:57AM, LMPD and St. Matthews Police responded to the 7500 block of New LaGrange Road on a person down.  Upon arrival, officers located Ms. Tiffany Thompson lying on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.  The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by Anchorage EMS.


4/17/2017 -
On November 14th, 2015, LMPD officers were dispatched to a possible shooting in the 1500 block of South 12th Street, in the Parkway Place Housing complex.  Upon arrival, they located Corey Taylor Ross suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
